    Exercising and dieting is not the easiest. My mom tried for years eating all of the "right stuff." Now she drinks this detoxing tea. it's amazing how she (in 2 weeks) loss 14 pounds. And it tastes good. No dieting at all. Would u guys wanna view an article or a free video on it? :)

    Im severely allergic to Lactose Soya and Shellfish and am finding it really hard to find food stuffs that are healthy to sustain my slim stature saying that i seem to be gaining and refuse to let it get worse i am 51 and really want to keep my weight down i sleep 8 hours already so think i doing ok so far but allergies like mine are really hard to find food or eat out grrrrrr

    What about if you can't sleep 8 hours in a row? (because work, real life, kids, etc...) counts if we can split it? (like 6 and 2 during the day)... I know isn't the same, but counts?

    EVERY single video I've ever seen from this channel on diet has been complete BS ! Just try going carnivore. Restrict carbs to 20g or less a day. Don't trust them or me, just try it.
