    Drink 8 oz of water 💧, Excersize 4/7 days if the week, eat less oily and fatty food, ignore your cravings, eat almonds, they’ll help alot ;), sleep 8 hours a day without having a nap during the day, and stay healthy 💕 don’t go on an intense diet, it wont help. You can still eat the food you have, but eat less of that on a smaller plate. Avoid soda, chips, and junk food
