Renee has always been so talented, yet so overlooked/underrated all at the same time... it’s a shame it’s taken this long for her to really explode, but damn it she deserves it... and to play such an iconic role, Judy had such a tragic life, and I’m sure this film will do her justice. Love Renee. Love Judy.

Actually Rene is about a year older here than Judy in 1969.

I highly recommend Lorna Luft's autobiography. I read it as a teen and wept. She was partly responsible after her parents divorce for keeping her mother's drug use in check, I hope they don't ignore that while she loved her children and they loved her she did unintentionally put them in difficult situations.

"Promise you won't"... just the trailer broke my heart...

Renee is doing her own singing, just read about it. Who knew? Sissy Spacek/Loretta Lynn, Jessica Lange/Patsy Cline, Reese Witherspoon/June Carter Cash and now, Renee Zellweger/Judy Garland.

Such an amazing Lady, The world lost such a great performer. It's to bad the MGM Louis B Mayer had someone give her drugs to get up and go to sleep. It's his fault why she got addicted to drugs. So sad he cared more about the money the amazing actress & singer. What a creep. LB Mayer was💓🌹🎵🎶📺📺📀💿📀💿🎤💐 Looking forward to seeing the movie..

Everyone's saying Oscar. I'm thinking Razzie. And I love Renee but I can clearly tell it's Renee. There's no "embodiment" as one of the ridiculous comments read. Renee should try harder, and Judy Garland was a sore loser anyway.

Complete miscasting here in the title role. I stopped watching “What If” as I do not rate Renee Zellweger’s acting at all.

This is amazing Renee Zellweger is an incredible actress she became Judy Garland. She also sings as well in the movie!!😀😀

She certainly looks like her, and I'm sure the acting will be phenomenal. BUT... shes doing her own singing. I think that may tank the whole movie. This was a big mistake. When Judy sings we want to hear JUDY., not an actress trying to sound like her. Unless of course she does sound like judy. Ms Judy Davis did the best Garland I have seen on the screen to date. She won a golden globe and COULD HAVE won an oscar. What a performance. I am tho looking so forward to seeing what Rene does.

Roxie Hart tries again to get attention from the press. She would say: They interviewed me, they interviewed me 10 times.
